REFUNDS:

- Refunds can only be given if a player withdraws prior to the announcement of the final schedule. (A preliminary schedule will be announced first to give parents the opportunity to cancel without penalty before the final schedule is announced)
- Refunds are not given if a player withdraws once the final schedule has been announced.
- The "Merchant Service Charge" applied to credit/debit cad transaction can not be refunded no matter what the reason.
- Refunds can only be given if a player withdraws 24 hours prior to his/her Player Evaluation.
- Refunds are not given if a player withdraws after Player Evaluations have been conducted.
- The "Merchant Service Charge" applied to credit/debit card transaction can not be refunded no matter what the reason
