If weather is questionable, weather cancellations will be posted;
- Mondays
- see calendar for time
- Meet at the Fishkill Recreation Center. (Check our calendar for dates/times as it varies from week to week.)
- Participants will walk at a fast pace for 1 hour and approximately 2-3 miles.
WHAT DO I NEED:
- Must wear sneakers and comfortable clothing.
- Bottle of water.
- Dress for the weather.
- You may want to apply sunscreen and/or bug repellent.
