Zumba Fitness
Tuesdays: 7:00-8:00pm @ the Fishkill Recreation Center We take the "work" out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity movies for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. Once the Latin and World rhythms take over, you'll see why Zumba Fitness classes are often called exercise in disguise. A total workout, combining all elements of fitness-cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility, boosted energy and a serious dose of awesome each time you leave class. |
Zumba Toning
Thursdays: 7:00-8:00pm @ the Fishkill Recreation Center Zumba Toning incorporates weighted toning sticks or dumbbells, which come in 1-pound and 2.5-pound sizes, to the Zumba® workout that participants use almost like maracas. The toning sticks function like dumbbells to act as resistance weights. |
Please make sure to wear SNEAKERS and bring a water bottle.
