DESCRIPTION:
Fishkill FUN! Camp is jam packed with structured activities within a safe environment to keep your children busy this summer. Our trained and experienced counselors will keep campers entertained with sports, crafts, music, water games and much more. We offer structure, enrichment, memories, and friendships to your child's summer experience.
Special Needs: At the Town of Fishkill Recreation Department, we aim to create a safe and positive group environment for all participants. However, we are not equipped to provide the specialized support required for children who have difficulty working in a group setting or who need one-on-one care due to behavioral challenges.
REGISTRATION:
LOCATION: Our camp will be hosted at a local elementary school in the WCSD or BCSD to be announced.
Note: We do not have access to spaces with air conditioning within the school.

Weekly: June 30, 2025-August 15, 2025 (No Camp on Friday, July 4)

ACTIVITIES:
We are planning a FUN-filled schedule of activities that include sports. arts-n-crafts, performing arts, water wars, scavenger hunts, chalk games, obstacle courses, themed activities, lots of active games, STEM activities, bounce houses, and more! Our FUN! Calendar will be posted shortly.
CAMP TRIPS:
IMMUNIZATION RECORDS & PHYSICALS: An updated copy of your child's immunizations and most recent physical must be submitted within 1 week of the day you registered or you risk losing your spot to another camper. (We do not have copies from previous years.)

- We will be visiting lots of fun venues this summer such as Splashdown Beach, Lake Compounce, Urban Air, The Castle Fun Center, and More!
- We will go on one trip each week (wks 1-6 only).
- Instead of a trip during Week 7, we will have our annual Talent Show and Camp Picnic!
- Cost of camp trips are covered in your camp tuition.
- Everyone goes on the scheduled trip. We do not have counselors that stay back for those that do not want to attend a trip.
- We do not offer refunds or prorated tuition if you do not attend the trip.
- The trip schedule is subject to change.
- Trip Schedule 2025: We are still booking the trips for his year. The trip dates will be filled in below as they are booked.
- Week 1: Thursday July 3: Lake Compounce (Bristol, CT)
- Week 2: Thursday, July 10: Castle Family Fun Center (Goshen, NY)
- Week 3: Friday, July 18: Urban Air (Middletown, NY)
- Week 4: Friday, July 25: Splashdown Beach
- Week 5: Friday, August 1: Beardsley Zoo TENTATIVE
- Week 6: Friday, August 8: Movies "The Smurfs Movie" TENTATIVE
- Week 7: No trip; Camp Picnic & end of summer Talent Show!

- Upload the records to your account when you register.
- Email a copy to Lauren McMenamin [email protected]
- Fax a copy to 845-831-3069. (your doctor can also fax it directly to us)
- Mail a copy to the Fishkill Recreation Center 793 Route 52 Fishkill, NY 12524.
- Drop a copy off at the Rec Office.

Tuition includes the cost of the trip. There are no price breaks if you decide not to attend the trip.

You can claim our camp as child care on your taxes. Please print and save your receipts or remember that you can print your receipts through your online account at any time.

- Daily Sports led by our experienced Sports & Activity Specialist.
- Daily Arts-N-Crafts led by our experienced Arts-N-Crafts Specialist.
- Daily Performing Arts activities led by our experienced Specialist.
- Daily Campers' Choice: Campers will decide what activities their respective group will play at this time.

REFUNDS:
- 100% (see "Credit Card Refunds" below) refund will be given if you cancel on or by May 11th. After May 11th, no refunds will be given as we have already hired all of our staff, purchased our supplies, etc.
- Credit Card Refunds: Please note the "Merchant Service Charge" cannot be refunded no matter what the reason.
