Come and practice an hour of Gentle Yoga. Yoga is not only good for the body, but good for the mind!
In yoga, quiet movement and breathing techniques reduce stress and focus the mind. Yoga strengthens the body while improving balance and flexibility. Gentle stretching on a regular basis is safest for muscles and ligaments, especially after long periods of sitting.
Our technological world is full of distractions. Yoga turns one's attention inward, increasing self-awareness and self-confidence in a non-competitive environment.
