Description:
Join Maryann, Fishkill Recreation's Certified Pickleball Instructor, for our Pickleball for Beginners Clinic. A fun and active way to learn the fastest-growing sport in America! Whether you’ve never picked up a paddle or are just getting started, this clinic is the perfect introduction. This is an instructional program designed to teach the beginner or first time player how to play Pickleball.  This class will cover the basics from how the game is played, the rules, technique, form, and strategy.

What to Bring:
All players must wear sneakers.
Bring a labelled water bottle.
We have enough paddles for everyone but feel free to bring your own if you wish

  • Fishkill Residents:
    • Registration opens on Tuesday August 5
    • $30 per player
  • Non-Residents:
    • Registration opens on Thursday August 7
    • $40 per player

REFUNDS:
  • Refunds will only be given if we are able to replace your spot with someone from the waiting list.
  • Please note that the "Merchant Service Charge" fee for credit/debit card transactions can not be refunded no matter what the reason. 
We currently do not have any PB 101 classes scheduled.

INTRO TO PICKLEBALL;
For Beginners:
Description:

Bring your own paddle (or borrow our's).
Bring a labelled water bottle.

Fee:
$20 per player

Residents: Reg. Begins 1/5.
Non-Residents: Reg. Begins 1/9
Registration is limited and taken on first come first serve basis.
A waiting list will be started once we reach max. capacity.
OPEN PLAY;
For Intermediate & Advanced Players
Description:
Weekly pickup games for intermediate and advanced players.  Players must understand the basics of the game such as how to keep score, the rules, serving rotations, and have playing experience.

(No games on 3/16)
