Payment & Registration Policies

DAY CAMP POLICIES:

Immunization Record:

• MANDATORY for Junior Camp, Senior Camp, and Teen Travelers. Not required for any other program.
• Please submit a copy of your child's most recent immunization records from your physician's office at the time of registration.  

Medical Form:

• For Junior Camp, Senior Camp and Teen Travelers ONLY. If your child is currently taking medications, your child's physician needs to fill out and sign (not stamp) the Medical Form.

*Physicals ARE NOT needed for any child to attend camp.*

Refunds (Spring & Summer Programs 2017):

• 100% Refund- If cancellation is made by May 22
• 50% Refund- If cancellation is made after May 22
• No refunds will be issued after June 5. NO Exceptions.
