CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY:
  1. Refunds are only given when we are able to fill your seat with someone from our waiting list.
  2. Participants may not "give" their ticket to a friend. All replacements must go through our Recreation office.
  3. A transaction fee is charged on all credit card transactions. Transaction charges can not be refunded for any reason. To avoid a credit card transaction charge, click on the "Register" link and when it asks your form of payment select "Registration Form." Note that this will not secure your spot until you drop off a check or cash at the Recreation office.
Important Info:
  • Registration will be taken on a first come first serve basis.
  • A waiting list will be formed once we reach our maximum capacity.
  • We must have a minimum amount of registrants in order to go on the trip.
