PLAYOFF NOTES/DETAILS/LAYOUT:
  • The playoffs will take place the week of August 11th with the Championship games for all age groups being on Saturday August 15th.
  • Every team will make the playoffs.
  • The playoffs will be a single elimination tournament. This means that your team will continue to play in the tournament until your team either loses a game or wins the championship on Saturday August 15th.

SCHEDULE NOTES:
  • Be prepared to play on any night of the week in case there are weather cancellations or other changes in the schedule prior.
  • Since all teams will participate in the playoffs, and because we have a large number of teams across our divisions, Games can be any night of the week regardless of what your normal game nights were during the regular season.
  • As you know, we can not control the weather so if we need to cancel outdoor games, we will make them up wherever we can in order to keep on track for the scheduled championship game.  We will make every attempt to reschedule/make-up any cancelled games, however if we are unable to make-up a game, we may have to automatically advance the higher seed to the next round. Be prepared to play on any night during the week of August 10.
  • We can not cancel/reschedule games for lack of players, conflicts, or other similar circumstances. Unfortunately, we need to make the best of the players and schedules we have available. There a limited amount of time to get all the games in so there is little to no flexibility. We also need to keep in mind that rescheduling a game because one team may be short players could create the same issue for the opposing team on the new date. For these reasons, we need everyone to do their best to work with the schedule as it is and make every effort to have their players available for their scheduled games. We appreciate everyone’s understanding and cooperation
  • The final playoff schedule will be posted/announced after the last regular season game has been played.
  •  Please keep in mind that the schedule is always subject to change.
