Senior Exercise Class - SIPP (Senior Injury Prevention Program )
Program includes warm up exercises, arm/leg exercises using weights to strengthen muscles, balance exercises, walking and a cool down at the end of class. Class is open to men and women over the age of 60.
Days: Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays
