DESCRIPTION: A special Camp just for 12 to 15 year olds!
Must be 12 to 15 between June 1 and September 1.
Every day, the Campers get on a bus and go somewhere different! Everything is geared around their age group. This is not an Arts and Crafts kind of camp, but a traveling one instead.
SEE THE In 2005, this camp filled up in 2 days. In 2006, it filled up in 45 minutes. This is a very popular camp.
There are two sessions, each two weeks long. You may sign up for just one session or both.
Each session will be limited to only 30 campers.
There will be a Director and two Assistants from the Recreation Staff. We will ask for parent volunteers for each trip. Volunteer tickets will be paid for by the Program.
WHERE: Pick up and drop off will be at Geering Park. The hours change daily, depending on the trip.
RAIN DAYS: We intend on going on all of our trips. It might not be raining at our destination.
Camp T-shirts will be required by both the Camper and the Parent Volunteer but is NOT included in the cost. $15 per shirt. |

Required Medical Information:
Campers who submitted Medication and Immunization Records in 2008 or 2009 do not need to submit new forms unless the camper has had updated immunizations since then. We have no records prior to 2008. Anyone who submitted immunization forms in 2007 or before must submit a new form this year, as is required by the Board of Health.
If your child is taking medication, the Medication portion of the form must be completed and signed by your physician, signature stamps are not valid.
All paperwork must be completed and received no later than June 12th.
No child will be allowed to attend camp until the Recreation Department has received all necessary forms.
