2008 SUMMER REGISTRATION INFORMATION

 

 

The Application must be completed in its entirety for each child registering, or it will be returned for completion.  This will cause registration to be delayed and enrollment may be lost.

 

TEEN TRAVELERS - Will have WALK-IN ONLY Registration on Saturday, March 1st.

                      Doors will open at 9:30 AM.

ALL OTHER CAMPS & PROGRAMS -

  1. Fishkill Residents (Those who pay taxes to Fishkill)
    • Wednesday March 5th, MAIL-IN ONLY
    • Walk In Registration starts on Wednesday   March 26,
    • at the Town Hall, 9:30 AM to 12:00 Noon. 
    • we will not accept walk ins until March 26.
  2. Payment Plan
    • A Payment plan may be established. 
    • Half of the total payment is due at registration. 
    • The balance is due by 3:00 PM, June 20th. 
    • Your child cannot attend camp if the balance is not paid. 
    • No Refunds after June 15th.
  3. Nonresidents
    • Welcome to register beginning Monday May 5th. 
    • If a nonresident request is received before May 5th, it will be returned.
  4. An Administration fee of $10.00 will be charged for each change made after registration has started.
  5. REFUNDS: 
    1. Cancellations as of June 1 will result in only a 50% refund.  There will be NO refunds as of June 15.  NO EXCEPTIONS.

     

    A waiting List will be established for all activities.

HOW TO REGISTER

  1. The Registration Form must be completed in its entirety for each child registering, or it will be returned for completion.  This will cause registration to be delayed and enrollment may be lost.

  2. The immunization side of the Medical Form is required only by Campers who did NOT attend Camp in 2007,

    OR     

    if the Camper had any updated immunizations since last summer.  your child can not attend camp without it.

  3. The front of the medical form is required if your child is currently taking any medications.

  4. Select the programs you want to participate in.  You may select more than one per child, no matter how many programs your child would like to participate in.

  5. Make the check out to Town of Fishkill.

  6. You do not need a completed Medical Form to register, only to attend camp.  (It must be turned in by June 15th.)

  9. We will mail you a receipt and letter of confirmation.

Your Registration Form will be processed in the order received.  If you have any questions or concerns, please contact Fishkill Recreation at 845-831-3371.  Remember, you may use this as child care credit on your tax returns.
