DAY CAMPS!

What:    Licensed by the State of New York.  Our All Day Camps will

           offer structure and supervision to your camper's summer.

Dates:    Weekly, June 30 through August 15   (no July 4)

Where:   Brinckerhoff Elementary School

Camp Hours:    8:30am to 2:30pm, Monday through Friday

    NO ACCOMMODATIONS ARE MADE FOR EARLY ARRIVALS. 

Ages:    Entering Kindergarten through 5th grade.

Rain Days:    We have the use of the gym and cafeteria, therefore Camp will be in session on rainy days.

Cost:    Cost  includes a camp T-shirt, trip transportation and the trip ticket.

Residents:	$135 per week
	$700 for all 7 weeks
	$1750 for a family of 3 or more campers
Nonresidents:	$155 per week
	$825 for all 7 weeks
	$2050 for a family of 3 or more campers

Camp Medical Forms

Any campers who attended a Fishkill Recreation Camp in 2007 do not need to submit a new form unless the camper has had updated immunizations since last year.  we have 2007's Camper Physicals on file.  We do not have physicals from previous years.  if you did not attend Camp last year OR if your child requires medication, you must have your doctor fill out a Medical Form.

 

Immunizations must include: Haemophilus influenza type b (Hib), hepatitus b, varicella (chicken pox).  Please note that Hib is not required by the school districts but is required to attend Camp.

This formmmust be signed by your phyisician.  Signature stamp will not be valid.

This form is required by the Board of Health for only those children attending the Day Camp, Senior Camp, and/or Teen Travelers.

This form must be returned to Fishkill Recreation by June 15th.

No child will be allowed to attend Camp until the Town Hall Recreation Department has recieved the mandatory forms.
