2010 Day Camp @ Fishkill Elementary School

DAY CAMP @ Fishkill Elementary School

Licensed by the State of New York. 

Our All Day Camps will offer structure and supervision to your camper's summer.

Dates:    Weekly, June 28, 2010 through August 13, 2010  (no Monday July 5th)

Where:   Fishkill Elementary School

Camp Hours: Monday through Friday

                        8:30am- 2:30pm

 (Extended Hours Available)

     NO ACCOMMODATIONS ARE MADE FOR EARLY ARRIVALS. 

Ages:    Entering Kindergarten through 5th grade.

Rain Days:    We have the use of the gym and cafeteria, therefore Camp will be in session on rainy days.

Cost:    Cost  includes a camp T-shirt, trip transportation and the trip ticket.

Required Medical Information:

Campers who submitted Medication and Immunization Records in 2008 or 2009 do not need to submit new forms unless the camper has had updated immunizations since then. We have no records prior to 2008. Anyone who submitted immunization forms in 2007 or before must submit a new form this year, as is required by the Board of Health.

If your child is taking medication, the Medication portion of the form must be completed and signed by your physician, signature stamps are not valid.

All paperwork must be completed and received no later than June 12th.

No child will be allowed to attend camp until the Recreation Department has received all necessary forms.
