Our Softball Programs are run by Coach Evelyn Peters, a graduate from The College of Saint Rose. There, Coach Peters received a four year softball scholarship as an infielder and is experienced in running softball clinics. She is now the Head Varsity Coach at Webutuck High School in Amenia, NY.
Fishkill Recreation hosted two softball clinics in the Fall 2007 open to girls ages 8-11. The clinic was held at Shepheard Memorial Park located on Route 82. The goal was to strengthen young girls’ softball skills and knowledge of the game.
One clinic was focused on hitting/bunting, and the second clinic was focused on fielding and base running.

The practice season starts in March.
Games are played April through August.
