Description:

The Fishkill Soccer Club provides an fun learning experience for youths looking to learn the game and improve their skills.

 

Practices: Located at Maurer-Geering Park

Each team will be scheduled 1 practice night during the week, Monday-Thursday, where we will teach them the rules and fundamentals of the game. Day and time of practice will be determined after registration.

 

Games: Located at Maurer-Geering Park

Games will take place on Saturdays. Game times will range anywhere from early in the morning to early afternoon. Game times will be determined after the teams have been developed.

 

This program filled to the max with a waiting list last year so please register early.

 

*Every child MUST supply their own shin guards. It is recommended that they have a pair of cleats. Sneakers are accepted.

 

Coaches:

Volunteers needed to coach the individual teams during games and assist during practices.

Please make sure your child arrives ready to play with

·      Shin guards

·      athletic clothing

·      labeled water bottle (water fountains at park are out of order)

·      sneakers or cleats

 

For the safety of everyone, parents must provide their child with shin guards and must be worn to play.

WEATHER POLICY:

In case of inclement weather call the Recreation Center at 845-831-3371 and ask the person that answers the phone. 

 

IF NO ONE ANSWERS, he/she may be on the other line.  Listen to the voice message.  Please listen to the message carefully. There may be directions that indicate the game being moved to the Rec Center instead.

 

We will attempt to send out an email and post information on the website in case of inclement weather, however, I will not always be at a computer where I can access that.
